Are the Prices Displayed Subject to Any Tax Charges?
Tax Free is applicable to deliver within Hong Kong locations only. Tax charge is applicable on the majority of our harp products sold for delivery to destinations outside Hong Kong. Any additional charge on tax that is out of our payment system service, we will contact customers by email.

Customers should note that delivery and handling charges for your own country or providence.
Tax Applicable to Destinations Outside of the Hong Kong
If your order is being delivered to a destination outside of the Hong Kong SAR, any and all other tax charges / duties that may or may not be levied by the delivery destination country against the goods upon their receipt (e.g. import taxes) cannot be forseen by Harmonie Harp Music & Art Centre and are therefore the responsibility of the purchaser.

Harmonie Harp Music & Art Centre deliver orders of any value throughout the Hong Kong SAR and other selected overseas destinations. If your country isn't listed under our delivery areas below, however, we regrettably cannot accept your order at this time.

How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?
Carriage costs are based on total order weight, destination and class of service.
Customers may choose from various delivery methods. Order specific delivery charges are therefore quoted during checkout.
Delivery Charge Taxes
Customers should note that delivery and handling charges for your own country and is responsibility of purchaser.
Our postage charges are based on Hong Kong Post's current postage prices, with the additional of a small handling charge. This handling charge goes towards covering the costs to us of packaging, secure hosting and credit card charges, plus staffing costs associated with maintaining our online shop and processing orders.
Our webshop software calculates postage charges based on the item's weight only: this is incompatible with Hong Kong Post's system which calculates postage costs based on both weight and volume. As a result the webshop may ccasionally calculate incorrect postage, particularly if more than one item is ordered.
We assure you that we do endeavour to keep postage charges to a minimum and that we have done all we can to address the software incompatibility issue. We request, therefore, that you bear with us if the postage charges for your order should be either lower or higher than the actual Hong Kong Post postage costs.
How Do I Go About Returning Items / Cancelling My Order?
Faulty / damaged goods or those delivered in error can be returned for replacement or full refund (including any postal charges incurred) within 7 working days (starting from the day after the goods were received). In the first instance, customers should contact us by telephone on +852 5300 3003 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, and note that any items delivered in error should be returned to us unused and in their original condition.
Goods correctly delivered according to order and of merchantable quality may also be returned (unused and in their original condition) for any reason, within 7 working days (starting from the day after the goods were received), in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations in Hong Kong SAR. However, please note that in this case, any costs incurred in returning the item(s) to us cannot be met by Harmonie Harp Music & Art Centre, nor can any original delivery charges involved in dispatching the item(s) to the customer be refunded.
